33bdt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 33bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 33bdt platform located at 33bdt.ws, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 33bdt platform. 33bdt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 33bdt platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all players accessing 33bdt from Bangladesh, including from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh, as well as all other regions of Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 33bdt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33bdt strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must register only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or a third party's — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any pending balances being voided.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration. 33bdt reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 33bdt is lawful in your jurisdiction.

33bdt reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that does not meet the above eligibility requirements, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

33bdt accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The following deposit conditions apply to all 33bdt accounts:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account wallet.
• Deposits are credited to your 33bdt wallet in real time for all supported mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 33bdt will not process deposits from accounts belonging to a third party. Any suspected third-party funding will result in a hold on the account pending KYC verification.
• 33bdt does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside of 33bdt's control. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule prior to making a deposit.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by 33bdt's payments team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Bangladeshi public holidays. The standard processing time for withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket is under 15 minutes from the time the request is approved. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• 33bdt does not charge withdrawal fees. Amounts are remitted in full to your nominated payment account.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification (KYC) review prior to processing. 33bdt reserves the right to request identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• Any withdrawal request associated with an account where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected may be withheld pending investigation. 33bdt will communicate with the affected player throughout any such review.

33bdt strongly recommends that all players complete the full KYC verification process as soon as possible after registration to avoid any delays in withdrawal processing.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

33bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin promotions, and tournament prizes — are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

The following general bonus terms apply across all 33bdt promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum 20x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion expire 7 days after being credited to the account. Any winnings from free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds and promotional winnings may only be used on eligible games as specified in each promotion's terms. Some games — including live casino titles — may contribute at a lower rate or not at all toward wagering requirement completion.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Conduct

33bdt maintains the integrity of its platform and the fairness of play for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

The following are examples of prohibited conduct — this list is not exhaustive:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on 33bdt.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to interact with the 33bdt platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Accessing the 33bdt platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location or identity.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a 33bdt account.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

Any player found to have deliberately exploited a software error, glitch, or unintended game behaviour to generate winnings will have those winnings voided and their account reviewed for further action.

8. Account Security and Responsible Use

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 33bdt account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 33bdt will never ask you to disclose your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted from your account — whether or not carried out by you personally — is your responsibility.

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the 33bdt platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind, even if 33bdt had been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage in advance.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruptions to the 33bdt platform caused by technical faults, maintenance, telecommunications failures, or events outside of 33bdt's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, or civil unrest.
